She has over 15 years of experience in business development, management, and customer service within the retail and staffing industry. Prior to joining ESOP Partners, she served as Business Development Director for a national staffing firm where she supported companies of different industries and sizes by evaluating project initiatives and providing human capital solutions to achieve objectives. Kris enjoys spending time with her family and 2 dogs. Having been born and raised in WI, she is a big supporter of the sports teams that make WI proud.
